Anyone else having issues adding non PCGS inventory??

So I've tried to add this one NGC coin several times but always get an error message after I hit add non PCGS item. It's just a common date Washington quarter, nothing out of the ordinary, has PCGS suspended the ability to load non PCGS items into the registry??
