Just browsing through Ebay coins looking for anything interesting. Wondering how much I should offer this guy for this obvious rarity?

Not sure if posting this is against the rules or not, I'm sure I'll find out though.

Wouldn't it be cool to see this guy's face if the bid started rising by the dollar and got really high and then the high bidder reneged? Just thinking.

(The roll sellers who don’t know to check for S in those coin rolls with VDB ends before they sell.)

I've just returned this month to CU after probably 12 or so years. Trying to regain access to my old account, but not getting much success.
