WTB Slabbed "Altered" Cards

Like the title says, looking to buy cards that have been graded as Altered.
I'm trying to fill out my collection with some more vintage cards that present well, but have been graded as altered. Honestly, I care a lot more about adding some vintage to my collection without having to pay a premium for highly graded examples.
