How do you request a slot removal?

The Ron Cey Master Set has a "1976 WIFFLE DISCS RON CEY" slot.
AFAIK, this card does not exist given new information since the registry set was made.
I do have a PSA card labeled "1976 Wiffle Disc" but looking up the cert# it says 1979 Wiffle Disc, which is wrong too; It is a 1978.
I've opened a case with PSA to get the label corrected to 1978.
Adding a slot request is easy, but how do I get the 1976 slot removed?
The set can never be completed 100% with it included.

I recently contacted Set Registry with information regarding a card that was incorrectly identified as being part of a holofoil Pokemon set and it was removed from the set in short order. This is the email I sent (on 8 Feb 2024):

Dear Set Registry,

I have identified a set which I believe has an incorrect card in the composite.

2004 POKEMON EX FIRE RED LEAF GREEN HOLOFOILS

https://www.psacard.com/psasetregistry/composite/18983

This set includes card #103 Multi Energy, which is not a holofoil card. It is a non-holo rare (with the exception of the reverse holo version).

Would it be prudent to remove it? Or have I missed something?

Do you mean getting one of your cards removed from one of your sets - or getting a card removed entirely from a checklist?

When I opened a case for a mechanical correction, I also added a note requesting the slot be removed.
I wasn't sure that department could relay the info, but apparently they did, so I didn't need to contact the setregistry dept after all.
PSA was on top of it.
