Is PCGS customer service phone support bacK?

I just called PCGS at 11:14am EST and got a customer service rep at 11:20am......6 minute wait.

Giselle was the rep, and she answered my question about my submission within 2 minutes of being put on hold.

All in all, I was on the phone for a total of ten minutes.....more than acceptable.

PCGS now has a new menu driven answering service that I like..

BTW, while I was on six minute hold, not once did I get a mention of a being put into a queue or would I like a call back.

Have others seen an improvement in PCGS CS phone support?

Kudos to PCGS today.

    Last time I called I was on hold for about 45 minutes. This was about a week ago and it would have been about 15 minutes after they opened. I also did not have an option for a call back, the CS rep was very nice and helpful.

    I just telephoned PCGS about an outstanding issue.

    Chose option #7 (i.e., other).
    Was offered a call-back. Did not exercise the option.
    Was on hold for ~ 15 minutes.

    I thought I just got lucky but yes, yesterday I called and I got right through! Did their business just fall off a cliff? I'm not sure what they did but it is nice.

    Just wish they had a menu option for "you guys mess up my order." It seems like they have an option for everything but that, and it shouldn't be included in the "for anything else option..."

    1hr 16minutes....no pick up. That was about a week ago.
    Killed the call

    I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

    I gave up and sent in my submissions anyway and just left a note for them to call me when they get to that part. Hopefully they do.
