Is PCGS customer service phone support bacK?

I just called PCGS at 11:14am EST and got a customer service rep at 11:20am......6 minute wait.

Giselle was the rep, and she answered my question about my submission within 2 minutes of being put on hold.

All in all, I was on the phone for a total of ten minutes.....more than acceptable.

PCGS now has a new menu driven answering service that I like..

BTW, while I was on six minute hold, not once did I get a mention of a being put into a queue or would I like a call back.

Have others seen an improvement in PCGS CS phone support?

Kudos to PCGS today.
