This certainly appears to be post-mint damage (PMD) meaning it was issued as a normal cent, but was later damaged in circulation. It is worth one cent.

Hi. Welcome. This is not the crazy coin forum. The brown disk lacks the details on a coin that this forum depends on in order to make accurate determinations. Maybe a video on You Tube can help you dig deeply into this.
Please stick around and read about the kinds of coins we like to talk about.

I apologize Fraz, that's the only coin I have like that out of the set I inherited and didn't think it would be PMD when looking at all of the other coins that came with it. I tried to delete post but couldn't find an option.
You’re good, leave the post as it is. Someone inheriting my coins will find my box of brown disks near decent pieces.
You get a good education here, probably faster than any where, when you read.
Hey don’t worry about it! It can be hard to tell at first.
This one is damaged, but if you’d like so see some that aren’t just go to coins.ha.com and use their search bar for“error”.
Looks like it's been beaten senseless, probably in some sort of repetitive process, with the edges rounded down and folded over to the obverse and reverse.
