My deccifering skills aren't that good.
It's not a poor 1 without a date.
All comments reflect the opinion of the author, evn when irrefutably accurate.
the reverse puts it in 1842-1853 range
because there is no drapery, most likely 1845-O
looks likes details grade because of corrosion
Drill a hole in the center of it and call it a washer, P01 it is not.
Whoever is careless with the truth in small matters cannot be trusted with important matters.
