Uncirculated 1964 Washington quarters - How do I value?

Hello, I'm helping my inlaws liquidate a coin collection that was inherited. There is a box of 1964 Washington quarters. They have been preserved in plastic containers and are very clean uncirculated coins. When I compare them to coins on PCGS graded as MS64 or MS65, they look to be that good.

The Whitman Handbook of United States Coins values unc 1964 Wash quarters, rated at MS65, as being worth $18. Silver content value would be $4.5 to $5 per coin based on today's Silver prices. It costs $40 to grade a coin at PCGS so it is not worth getting graded.

How do I get paid what these coins are worth if they are not graded? Or will these coins just go for the melt value even if they are high grade coins?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions you may have.

    Welcome.
Sell them one at a time on, eBay, for example.
Offer lots on Buy, Sell, Trade, here.
Compile BU rolls to offer on eBay.

Look at the values of the completed sales on eBay.
Perhaps more opinions from members offer you more options.

Here is what I found quickly. There is much to look at.

(Funny, if you find another solution, please share with me and the forum members who live this same dilemma.)
