My First Find

PapiNEPapiNE Posts: 311 ✭✭✭

Of course is was on the worst coin in the roll. I started roll hunting about 2 months ago. Once a week I get two rolls each of $1, 50c, 25c, and dimes. Tonight this appeared. Not sure if this is truly a rare one but now I have something to research. Feels good tho. Now I may have to actually celebrate National Beer Day.

    OUTSTANDING find! 👍

Edit: Can we see the entire coin, front and back?

Very nice! Great pictures @PapiNE !

Can I ask where you found. Not that it couldn't have traveled thousands of miles from it's original entry point into circulation.

Well you haven't suddenly become a millionaire, but it's more about the thrill of the hunt isn't it. Worth at least a beer or two in any event I'd say. Nice find!

Eastern Nebraska. Credit Union said the rolls they have are wrapped in Minnesota.

Yep, I would say she has traveled undetected for many miles and many years! Congrats!
