I have two sure-fire 68's that I'm getting ready to submit -- came from a mint set purchased at random from my dealer.
I just searched thru a bunch of mint sets from a local dealer. While I didn't find any MS69s I did find a bunch that should go MS68. If an MS68 can make it out in a mint set then there is no reason why an MS69 can't.
Mitch---I keep wondering if you buy some of these high grade quarters for a "registry set in hiding" or are they all bought for clients and/or resale (I don't really expect you to answer, but I can't help wondering).

Although it's a pop-1 now, I'll assume that the factor it is not likely to remain so was built into that close.
Congratulations Mitch
