3 different MMs on the ‘71 cent?

Do I have 3 different mintmark varieties here? Variety Vista shows only 1 “s” used for 1971.
What do y’all think?

Same. Punch depth can be different as well as circulation wear, marks etc.

The top two IMO are the same mintmark style. The bottom one... does seem to have some different features. If you could find other years around that time period that has the same style mintmark, then that would help support the belief that it is a different mintmark than normally used on the 1971. Otherwise, likely as mentioned that it is a result of differences in punch depth, angle, etc.

    Could one be a proof?

One definitely looks in a different position to me.
