What does the post under-review pop-up mean?

when I tried to post a response in the topic "Some of my recent finds during a coin shop visit. Opinions appreciated and photos are here." it is not showing up and I am getting a pop-up that says they are under review? After I got the first post pop-up I thought it was because I used the word "dumb" so i removed it from the post and posted again but that one is not showing up either? help appreciated.

It's a bug in the spam filter, and it means your post got deleted. Sometimes the bug is triggered by posting too many times within a short time period, or editing an existing comment, or tagging other members, or including images, etc., etc... Copying your comment before you hit the "Post Comment" button is recommended, just in case.

If it keeps happening, wait a while and the spam filter should reset itself and let you start posting again. If it doesn't, you can ask a moderator for help.

This situation seems to come and go. I had not seen it for a long time and it started poping up again this weekend. It appears to have found another member to bug now.
