    No, except the two letter codes (XX-000) turned into three letter codes (XXX-000) about ten years ago. If you call them, they might tell you.

    There's also two letter code holders with an embossed circle on the certificate, which predate the two letter codes with a regular cert.

    Not sure exactly, but I think the embossed holders went away about 2005.
