is there value in 1964 silver quarters besides the silver content? any collectable errors to look for? thanks

    1964 Quarters are extremely common. Many were hoarded(along with Kennedy Half’s since they were new. Very high MS grades are worth a premium

    If they are circulated, then they are worth their bullion value.
    As far as errors, they can have the same errors as any other coin,
    there are no specific errors for them.

    There are several collectible die varieties for 1964 quarters that are worth a premium.

    Look at the coin Price guide on the PCGS website. The value of MS67 quarters really jump in value from MS66 and lower.
