Can EZ pass be used on 407 ETR?

    Dunno, but about 23 years ago we swung onto the 400 going to Barrie from the 401 and Ontario sent us a "bill" to our home addy about 9 months later. :D

    NO, the EZ pass is only US. You get a ticket from the license plate cameras on the 407, unles you have their electronics. The 407 was built by a contract with Canada and Ontario and, when it opened, it was very very reasonable and got traffic off the QEW. Two years after it opened, the govt "sold" the 407 to a commercial entity and the fares rose by 150%. The 4 years later by another40%. It saves time but expensive and all going into private companies, not the govt.

    About as much as my Sears charge card from the 1960s.
