Most difficult is relative to time. It took me several tries to make a 1982 George Washington Half in MS69. The 1997-S Jackie Robinson Dollar is hard to come by in MS70. I bought that coin already graded.
My Modern Commemorative Set is now listed at Great Collections and will be ending over the next 2 - 4 weeks.
