I think I'm identifying the error correctly.
I won this at a coin club auction last week for 16 bucks. At first glance, no date. But after I got it home and further review, there's something going on in that red circled area. No image coming through on the rev. As usual, lighting, focus and angle wasn't easy!
Your thoughts.

Struck once, not twice.
Nice error coin.
It’s already been said but I’ll say it too, it’s broadstruck with an obverse brockage and struck only once.
My first thought was that those impression were numerals. How cool would that have been to see a date there?!?

So gents, "if" I submitted this coin (whether it's worth it of not), what should or what would you want to see describing this coin on the label.

Uncentered Broadstruck with Partial Brockage
I can hear it now. They'll probably say; all that can't fit on the label.

He’s right, that’s more or less what you will get on the label. Perhaps without the “uncentered” part, maybe with “B/S” for broadstruck, depends who the slab outfit is.
I bet he's looking for one right now. He will post one shortly.

Here's one that's close.

PCGS error labels have some variation over time, this holder is older before they started using the "pedigree" line for more characters/words.
Nice one!
Impressive. Nice score.
