Grading Connor Bedard 451 rookie card

I have gotten newer cards graded and usually psa 7 to 10. After the fact if its a low grade I see a defect. Now this is a fresh pull by myself - Connor Bedard. How do you know if its worth getting graded as how do you even guess how it will grade. As a raw card has been selling for about $500, psa 8 $500-$600, psa 9 about $800, and psa 10 about $2,500. I think the values are too high. Does it make sense I might as well get it graded as its a PSA 8 or better most likely. The bottom left corner looks like that on all the cards - kinda strange they use a color fade like that on a corner.

Looks like light edge chipping along the top…likely a PSA 7-8. You will get better opinions if you take additional photos out of the top loader.

Great pull. Live the photo. Keep it raw.
Heres a scan of the card only in the sleeve. I think the camera photo was tilted. Thoughts might as well grade as its a PSA 8 or better.
