Looking for spreadsheet or list that cross references PCGS coin numbers with GSID (greysheet) IDs

Does anyone know of a list that maps a PCGS coin number (like 7130 for an 81-S Morgan) to GSID 7486 for all known coins? I have an iOS app which reads rattler slabs and would like to add greysheet support but don't want to enter 10,000 numbers manually for mapping. (Bonus points for NGC->GSID too!)
