Should PSA notate the difference between Donruss factory set and pack-pulled singles?

The reverses are flipped on most years or all of them if I'm not mistaken. Should PSA notate the difference? It's extremely difficult to pull gradable singles from packs. Corners and edges are always a problem. Seems too easy to break a factory set and send those cards with rounded corners in and get a Gem Mint grade from them.
