Uncirculated (?) Great Britain 1970 Halfpenny In Iron (?)

Here is a very rare coin as the 1970 halfpennies were only struck in proof as part of the "Farewell to L.S.D. Coinage". This coin is an uncirculated specimen, but the catch is that it is a pattern possibly struck as a pattern for the development of the upcoming decimal issues - or speculatively, to test metal and striking for other Royal Mint contracts. I have never seen another, a very sharp and lustrous coin with plenty of die polishing:
