When I submit I ask myself if the cost of submitting will increase the value of the coin. Since you are showing us $2 dimes, I suspect no. Unless there is some sentimental reason to put in slab, save your money to buy many more of what you showed us.

For me: P&L Impact, Budget, etc.
I do a spreadsheet - direct grading cost each coin, indirect costs like shipx, ins get total cost to grade per coin. Then make decision off that as it’s an expense the business will need to recover (OPEX) unless it’s directly allocated to the inventory cost of the coin. Irregardless it falls under the cost plus markup factor (reflects the business ROI goal). MV (CPG, CF) / pop is additional data reflected in their respective columns.
