I think it was a great deal. Out of the country makes absolutely no difference to me at all, as shipping rate is fixed at $3.

West charges a LOT more than $15 to sign at shows. Unless you're lucky enough to get him to sign in person at some event (most likely a Grizzlies game, now), there's no reason to expect that you'll find his autograph cheaper than $15.
