It's taken no more than a week in Research and ID on 100 card orders for me. I've done 4 since November. Now when it comes to packs, that can take a long time. They send wax to BBCE and leave it up to them. PSA only grades it. I sent my packs in November and they are still in Research and ID today.

My 70s 11-card sub is still in Assembly.
75+ business days since Order Arrived (nearly 4 months calendar days).

There is no "turnaround clock" never has been, never will be.

The "Turnaround" clock is listed in your My Orders page in the Completed column.....

My September 2023 84 card reholder order is now at 6 months, and the estimated completion date is mid-June. Absolutely abhorrent service.

Maybe backbidder didn't chose that option because he didn't want his 8's and 9's to come back as 4's under the new grading standards.

    4's!!!!! They'd all be min-size and altered!

This is part of a response I received from PSA:

"We currently calculate the estimated turnaround time based on the arrival date of your package. Previously, it was based on the entry date of your order."

    So...

My point was if they don't bother to process the orders using their turn around times, there really is no clock.
PSA has always stated that turn around times aren't guaranteed.

I hear ya. They blew through their stated TT with my submission from November and the clock keeps ticking. Even SGC is slower than the used to be. It's like they all took vacations.

SGC is super fast compared to Beckett.
