    Yes, you win, but only on a technicality.

    It's not PBD (Post Bureau Damage) but a legit error.

    Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.

    It cost you $1...an error (ever so slight)...very little value above $1...but a keeper and interesting to show your friends.
