So I've had this coin for quite some time and forgot about it, despite the pictures being slightly off Its a decent coin, not mint by any means but on the back side It has a few scratches? Possibly.. I dont belive they are die errors but and knowledge would greatly be appreciated and maybe a theory as to what happened if they are not from the die because the rest of the coin has very few scratches. Appreciate the input and look forward to what you have to say!

It has been reprocessed. This was very commonly done to steel cents back in the 1960s. The original zinc coating would be removed and a chrome-like plating would be applied. Your coin may be the result of a poor application of the plating.
Yep, plated and also graffiti.
Nice job all the way around (not)
