Isn't there something special about the mint mark with this issue? I couldn't find anything on a quick search. Seems like it has to be higher than these two I found in circulation.

I might be wrong but I think that it's 1975 that has an absurdly misplaced mintmark variety.

Don’t forget that the mint marks were hand punched so anywhere to the
right of the hair and below the date is acceptable. Yours looks normal.
