    Definitely polished...shame too...has loads of details and what appears to be a die crack all the way around the obverse.

    Agree... either polished or whizzed... looks like it used to be a nice piece.

    Stay away from it - problem coins are fine if you like them at the time but trying to resell them - Forget about it.
