Submission Question Re Size

I've spent a lot of time with the FAQ trying to find an answer, but what is the definition of "standard", "tallboy", "supersized", and "jumbo"? I know what T3 is.

For example, what would a '52-'56 Topps or a Sportscaster be considered? Also, what are the maximum dimensions gradable?
