    There's not much to share other than what is self evident from the piece itself -- it's a shell card that is not listed in the TAMS published catalog authored by Q. David Bowers. I can't tell from the image if the reverse is a Liberty Head or a Seated Liberty which are the two most often seen reverses on non-paper and non-mirror metal cards.
