Had a very bad experience with a ebay seller

This idiot sells me this ticket two weeks ago for $200. An hour later he cancels my order and refunds my money claiming he doesn't have the 1983 ticket. I told him that was the only ticket I wanted in the lot as the other six tickets in the lot are worthless. So today he lists the 1983 for $1500. He violated ebay selling practices by claiming he didnt have the ticket and then turns around and lists it two weeks later for more money. Please report this item
