Personally, I think you may have posted him a little to soon. I have made countless on-line trades, and some have gone better than others, but you should have given him the bennefit of the doubt. He said he was going to send, and you said you were going to post him, and look into mail fraud. That's just me opinion.

I understand. But at any point in that ENTIRE convo. was I rude or mean? Ok now look at him. Was he? It's been a month and 11 days. He said he sent twice already. What are the odds of 2 packages getting lost? Being sent to the same person? Little suspicious?

i've dealt w/ Vic 'bout 4 times in the past, all w/ cash!!, i have sent him over 80.00 and everything has gone great. Im not defending him in anyway for his actions but just in my case it went well! and i do also think that you posted him a lil early, you should have at least waited 'till Wed, like you said in the Convo.
