Check Card Centering Using New Screen Measuring Tool - Windows 10 or 11
I have been using Perfect Screen Ruler for measuring and verifying cards I am looking to buy online. That program is here: https://download.cnet.com/perfect-screen-ruler/3000-2191_4-10457284.html
I recently noticed that Windows 11 has a Screen Ruler Utility which allows you to quickly measure pixels on your screen based on image edge detection. Info can be found here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/screen-ruler
If you have Windows 10 or 11, I don't know that it is built in, but can be installed for free from: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys
Bring an image up on your screen, set the tool to measure horizontal or vertical and drag the cursor over the are you want to measure. As you drag, the edge to edge distance will be displayed real time. Quick way to verify L/R/T/B distances, tilt, etc.
To activate on Windows, use the shortcut Win+Shift+M.
On the card below, you can see the measurement is 23 pixels on the RH side, just drag the cursor to any edge to check the others. Hopefully others find this useful!
Edge detection settings can be adjusted too if it does not detect per your liking.

No problem! It has been super helpful and easy to use since I found it, so hopefully others feel the same!

I just upgraded to 11 a couple days ago.
I still have the physical tool card a member used to sell on here but needed a virtual one.
