I want to sell some silver.
What's a fair price for these?
I looked on APMEX. I know I will have to sell them lower.
Just a fair selling price.
I have the following-
29 1988 1oz maple leafs in sealed plastic
20 1989 silver eagles in the tube BU
20 mixed silver eagles with nice end toners in the tube BU
7 10 Oz Engelhard bars.
Thank you in advance!

Scotsman scoins.com has a buy/sell trading sheet that might give you some guidance.

APMEX,JM bullion, JD bullion,Provident Metals etc. will give you some good guidance on the buy and sell spread. Maybe price in the middle of buy/sell,from your research. Maybe sell to local dealer or here on BST.

On the Engelhard bars $290-$300 less fees on thebay.
    $26-28 on the Canadians
    $30-35 on the Eagles
The Orange ended tube was 86/87 American Eagle...may want to check the dates again iF you think it's an original roll.
Priced a little less in the classifieds should be a quick sale.

    The orange cap has-
    11-1989 5-1987 2-1986 one 1992 and one nicely toned 1990. So it's a mixed tube. I bought it that way so I don't know why it's mixed.
Thank you @rte592 for keeping me honest!

Pricing on the 1989 tube is all over the place on ebay.

The only 89 tube I could find was sold on offer back in January...that's something of a baseline.

Eagles are going for about $3 over, maples $2-2.50, and the bars spot + $1/ozt. If you take to a shop expect to be offered much less. Ebay will yield a bit more but the fees will quickly eat away any extra plus you have to deal with the hassle of shipping, scammers etc. (They don't call it feebay for nothing). Best bet is to find another stacker local to you who is looking to buy. Maybe try here on the local BST. RGDS!

I have already sold the eagles and 3 big E bars.
All I have left is 4 bars and the maple leafs.
I really appreciate all the help.
    Thank you very much.

The only bullion ASEs that carry an extra premium are 1990-1996 and only if you can find a 70, or a a full tube of 1986 or 1987 in the original orange cap tube (only two years mint used these tubes). Careful, there are aftermarket orange cap tubes that carry no premium. Everything else is just a generic bullion ASE but still a highly desired piece of pure silver.
