Exactly my sentiments though I saw the tics or abrasions and was thinking maybe a more conservative grade would be apropos.

I’m going to say 63/65. Though it’s kind of hard to assess the bands from the above pic, I’m leaning towards no FB designation.

I'm in the 63/63 camp, I do not recall if full bands were called out back then.
