Quite a few commemorative half dollars circulated. It would have been interesting to get one of those in change.

Canadian Dime love token. I got many Canadian dimes in my store, so I just put it in with them and when silver when sky high in 1980 I sold them all. Wished now I had kept the token.

I got a 1963 Canadian cent a few years ago in change. The coin itself wasn't shocking. The fact that it was in BU condition certainly was.

In change, a W quarter and well circulated wheat cents.

I am a newer collector (started April 2020), and I primarily focus on U.S. Half Cents and Type Coins. Early copper is my favorite.

In 1970, I got a 1909 VDB Lincoln cent in change, still is decent condition (VF). Not particularly valuable, but pretty exciting at the time.

In change, a blank blanchet cent. At a toll both a walker, in a roll a few 1938-s nickels and a 1909 vdb cent. People my age have found Standing Lib quarter, would have died for one of those

1925 Standing Liberty quarter with a hole in the center from bus fare when I was a kid. Realized years later it was a lead counterfeit. Still have it.

In 1984 at a courthouse cafeteria in Santa Ana, California I received in change a 1924 D Lincoln cent that would likely grade F12 or F15.
