This guy picked the wrong date coin to sell fake on eBay. They and eBay will be going to be getting zillions of notices in the future.

I check 1855's for 55/54 overdates so I see most of the 1855's that are posted on eBay. This is a second time I've encountered this particular fake with the short-beaked eagle and the "french fry feathers" on the head.
Check their "All feedback received." Apparently he has a bunch of these fake 1855s and has sold two with another to close soon. I guess Grampa was an uncirculated SLH roll collector back in the day.
