Looks like some very slight high point friction on the obverse, so I’ll go with 58. But could easily be MS.
And some interesting die clashing too.

looks well struck- I am in the low MS range- seems to fall just shy of 63. I like it.

Hard to tell from the images. Looks either 58 or 63.
What are we guessing the grade against?
If an old ANACS Photo Cert, I would guess AU-50/50 to AU-55/55.
If modern certification, then maybe AU-58 to MS-62. It appears to have Mint State sharpness though the photo is not picking up much luster.

Good guesses everyone. It does have some rub on the high points. I think it's accurately graded in the 55-58 range. I don't think ANACS was using 58 in 1982. In fact I've never seen a photo cert with the grade of 58/58. Here are some better photos that represent the color of the coin better.
