Hi guys,
Going through a stack of one's. I came across this true rarity! Well, I hope it's a rarity? Check it out guys.

With it appears to be MISSING the last digit?
There is also, "green lines" to the left of the ending suffix B. On BOTH serial numbers too!!!
Wait a minute! Come to think if it. That suffix B. Can actually be a "3"! Instead of a B?
Whatcha guys think? Do I have a TRUE RARITY here?

I believe it’s fairly obvious that someone erased the numbers.
They rubbed so hard that they partially rubbed off part of the letter B.

You may be correct about someone playing games with it?
However, maybe not by erasing but by some sort of liquid? My close up pictures, doesn't show any ebrasiveness but a fading? Maybe, by bleach?
Here are the pics. I do see a 3 too?

Even part of the lettering looks faded.

Has been tampered with.
As the numbers are put on with two different numbering machines,
the odds of both skipping the last number would be astronomical.
