The 1907 Liberty Double Eagle is a common date in the series, but it is rare in prooflike condition.
NGC has graded 19 over the past 20 years and PCGS and CACG have only graded 1 each in all grades.
Interestingly, there are 72989 – 1907 Liberty Double Eagles in all grades from both PCGS and NGC with only 21 designated PL, so the percent in PL is 0.03%. Typically for many Type 3 dates the PL frequency is 0.3%

A 1907 $20 PCGS MS63 PL recently sold for $8400. While it is different plastic, the price speaks to the rarity of the 1907 $20 with prooflike surfaces.
