Leaf History Auto Book Error

Hey everyone. This is my first post here. I hit a /10 Leaf History Autograph book in a box break a couple weeks ago. It has 8 signatures, all of former Cubs. Well, the Sammy Sosa and Joe Girardi signatures are swapped. Has anyone seen this before on something so short printed? Thanks.
