Should Jovita Idar's & Maria Tallchief's pictures be on milk cartons?

Am I "Missing" something?

I have yet to find a single "P"-mint quarter in circulation with either of them on the reverse, nor have any of my contacts found their "D"-mint versions.

Are they not being distributed widely for circulation yet, or am I looking in the wrong places?

    I live in the northeast and still haven't seen either of those. I pay with cash almost exclusively. Plenty of Coleman and Hawaiian quarters.

    I’ve found 3 Idars and lots of Tallchiefs when they were released, but I’m seeing almost none now.
