Thoughts on this 1964 quarter rpm?

What do you think of this 1964? I have some nicer 64's but none with an error

Is that machine doubling on the reverse?

It’s known as mechanical doubling or shelf doubling –
very common, and not considered an error.

    Not a re-punched mint mark

  • Thank you Mr Weinberg, it looks like you certainly would know. I really thank you. I am dropping another photo of the mint mark as close as I can get it. If its not a re punched mint mark may I ask what causes that?
