1955-D/S 5C - Original OMM#1 - 4058 code, now PCGS shows 38519 for OMM#1 - FS-05-1955D-501

Does anyone know if a 38519 will work in Lieu of a 4058? We should be able to use either or if it's the same variety. Has anyone asked this question yet?

    I do not want to buy a coin that techincally is the same variety. If PCGS does not want to add the 38519 designation in place of the 4058 code within a set.
