Does anyone know the variety on this 1806 Half Dollar? I have been told it could be quite scarce.
Thank you!

That one is common, the rarity is the knob 6 no stem. That is a 6figure coin

I am looking for the Overton variety. There are several scarce ones for the Pointed 6 with stems.

Thank you so much! I think it is an O-127 or O-127a.

It is more than quite scarce, the 1806 T-10 is very rare. It was an R-6 rarity with about 20 known, recently R-6- or R-5+. It still has a substantial rarity premium. That is a nice coin for the variety, many are damaged or very low grade. It is also an early die state without the huge die break, which 3-4 are known.`
It is not 1806 T-9.
Well, you have one of them anyhow , fwiw
