Is this a valid serial number / PSA Flip combintation?

So the serial number starts with an "8"

When I scan the barcode, it actually works within the PSA App, and the description matches the card. (But the App does not have pictures)

The PSA Flip doesn't look right. Did they issue higher serial numbers back then with this older style flip?

If I was looking for a 10, I would pass on this one…

I have seen them start with a 9, so i assume '8' is plausible.

Yes. 8 serial numbers are in old slabs.. I have some starting from 810 to 819. Wasn’t this the supposed 4SC block back in the day.
