I may be able to help with the 1965 topps later

After reading the recent posts on the 1965 topps set I may be able to bring some new eights into the market place. I was thinking last night about looking at my 1965 commons and start grading them. I have several that will go eight and I'm sure a few nines. I have three nines that I own now that I'm keeping for an investment or trade but I always put my eights on ebay.
As for the collectors jumping in and building the set I see no problem there. It is good for the hobby when this happens. It also shows that they share the same good taste that you 1965 set builders have. The 1965 set is a beauty. The color shots with the flag make them very attractive. The stock they were issued on seems to be some of the best compared to other years. The blue on the back make the cards a little tough but when it is all there with no chipping they are beauties.
With what I've read I think I'll start going through my cards and submit them to PSA at the National. I hope this provides a few more on the market for all you 1965 set builders come this fall.
Keep the faith and hang in there. The cards will become available as time goes by. Those cards with low pops will have new cards submitted and I'm sure more will appear on the market place.

I collect the 1960 and 1961 Nu Card issues. I also enjoy the 1959 Fleer Three Stooges.

Vargha bucks have left and gone away?
hey hey hey

300 more PSA-8's to complete the set. So based on raw #'s, I'll probably bid on 1/2 of what you offer...jay

It sounds to me like your doing a fine job. Stay in there and the day will come when you will finish the set and it will be a rare piece of beautiful art. Let's face it, even if 20 people finish the set in PSA 8 they all are works of art. There may be 20 sets but rest assured there are probably thousands who would love to own one of those sets. Including me!!!!!!!
Good Luck!!
