Ink contamination error
Bill is in excellent condition, there are very few with this quality and the solid black left hand serial #
The picture at top is one that has been graded and deemed these bills to be ink fountain contamination errors
My apologies for being new to this I try to go to legit sights to check on the different error coins I have shown .
