What's Wrong with this Picture?

I saw this coin listed in an upcoming Heritage auction. What's the problem? It looks like a pretty nice 1859 proof half dime... The problem is that it's certified as J-232, a "coin without a country". But even my failing vision can make out UNITED STATES OF AMERICA on the reverse. To top it off, it has a CAC sticker. I have notified HA, and @MFeld has forwarded my note to the cataloguers.

    A sight-unseen buyer would not be pleased... On the other hand, if the cert error went the other way...

    Updated - The lot has been removed from the sale and will be sent to PCGS for correct attribution. Thank you, again, @epc.
