On hold with customer service - all one employee is working hard

I have been a long time customer of over 25 years. I have been on hold for almost two hours waiting for you to pick up. I called and had four customers in front of me and my phone call was abruptly ended with a hang up. I am asking you to call me back. Your service really is bad.
